Our status as a UK Civil Aviation Authority Approved Examiner for the Radio Operators Certificate of Competence (ROCC) requires us to obtain from clients and candidates for our courses and examinations, personal information such as:-
Names
Addresses
Telephone numbers
Email addresses
CAA Reference numbers
Pilots Licence numbers
Other flight experience & aviation data
We are required by the CAA to hold copies of ROCC applications and exam papers on file with no specified end date for their disposal.
This information is held in locked filing cabinets at the AirBASE address. It is not passed to or viewed by any other person or organisation at any time other than the CAA.
Credit & debit card numbers that may be used in payment for our services and CAA fees are not retained by AirBASE or any person working for or on behalf of AirBASE.
